![]() Author’s Styleįirstly, I loved that the book was a nice easy read. Meg has artist block and invites Reid to walk around NYC so she can get inspiration for a major contract that she is competing for. A year later, the wedding falls through and Reid turns up to ask Meg about the message. On one of Meg’s job, she puts the code M-I-S-T-A-K-E in the wedding program for Reid and his bride to be. This contemporary romance is about Meg, a calligrapher/ hand-lettering artist, and Reid, a Wall Street mathematician. Going in I thought this was going to be a regular romance novel: Girl meets boy and they start a romance. So should you read it? I think it was worth the read. ![]() This was my first book by this author and I am happy to report that I like her work! I will probably read another book of hers. This was not the case with Love Lettering by Kate Clayborn! ![]() Most romance novels that I have read I forget about it immediately after I read it. I mainly get disappointed with romance novels in general but sometimes I hit the jackpot with a good one! In recent years I have branched out of my comfort zone and made myself choose a few a year to read. ![]() ![]() I am not a big romance reader in general and don’t go out of my way to find romance books to read. ![]()
